"Where am I on the Medicine Wheel"

(Originally Written by: Cianci & Nadon) (Revised by: Santeles)

The Medicine Wheel concept is a philosophy to living a balanced lifestyle. It uses a wholistic approach that involves the physical, mental, spiritual and environmental well-being of a person. The Medicine Wheel is your life's journey and the teachings that are part of your journey may vary pending on the beliefs or practices of others.

Many believe that we are all born in a specific direction of the Wheel and that enables us to have innate abilities and certain characteristics. The Wheel is viewed in a positive manner and although we may be born in a specific direction, the practice of the Medicine Wheel should be to walk in all directions pending on our circumstances or stage in life. That is how we find balance.

The following is a self test that can help you find out which direction of the Medicine Wheel you most likely were born in. Select one circle per line and at the end submit your answers. A response will be returned to let you know what is your direction. You can also read about the other directions.
